The contract with the American people.
We must be using our constitution as it was intended as a living document and modernize our Constitution. our Constitution as it stated does not account for parties nor the control over the many in the country it allows. Along with removing party and accounting for our human nature to devolve into factions, there is another thing our Constitution does not account for and that is corporations and the ability for corporations to loophole our Constitution. The constitution says nothing it explicitly about them, Because in the 1700s Corporations didn't exist as they do now, yes you could argue there are some companies that where worldwide, but in that day, it was virtually impossible to control and buy up the systems of not only one country but multiple. In those days none of them could foresee a day when individual people people's wealth would outpace the entire GDP of a country. If we fail to modernize our constitution, we will continue to fall to the corporations little bit by little bit as they purchase the country out from underneath us, As they would like to say “legally.” What they fail to realize is that as the Constitution is a power vesting document with rights attached to it, any violation of those rights is a violation of the contract. therefore, making it null and void. Therefore, removing their right to rule. The Constitution in all reality is just contract law; We have allowed the individual branches of government to form in exchange for them protecting, providing for the common good of the American people, not our oppression.
We must never allow them to violate the contract with the American people.

The moderate Democrats War
Only by embracing progressive ideals can the Democratic Party regain its status as a party for the working class person, as the party of FDR; I often hear Democrats say they love FDR. what he did for the country was largely socialist progressive ideals The moderate right-wing democrat will pretend they care. but in reality, all they want to do is force us to follow along with Republicans. in deregulating our government, cutting our social services adding means testing to what's left of them. Only giving tax breaks to the wealthy in some unknown hope that it will trickle down into our pocket. however, this will never be the case.
Only by creating a BIG New Deal with the American people, Can the Democratic Party regain The strength it once wielded.

public internet broadcasting service (PIBS)
By updating our public broadcasting services to the 21st century we can avoid consolidation of power by the corporate media or corporations in general. A lot of time and money has been spent overtly trying to control the narrative within the country. Usually via insane billionaires buying media companies or social media for no apparent reason other than to push their own personal narrative and brainwash the country. We can and must; reinvent, reinvest, and redistribute American public broadcasting abilities. After all, where would all of us be without Bob Ross, And where would he have been without PBS?

Repair of our Branches of Government, the Executive
As The shining city on the hill America has to do better, We cannot be committing war crimes. We must begin to restore the balances between our governments branches, impose the guardrails that were presumed to be there and restore the executive branch to its stated position under the Constitution, removing as many arbitrary concentrated powers as possible and old law. If we can do this, we can restore America to the path of greatness it once walked.

Repair of our Branches of Government, The Supreme Court
on that note we come to our definition of bribery which unfortunately for us means we have to involve Congress in repairing our definitions. We used to have quite strict stringent definitions of bribery and what counted as it, but over the years the supreme Court has slowly eroded that because they're taking bribes to be frank. You can just look back at the reporting of Justice Thomas and others to see that they are actually legitimately taking bribes. the easiest way to avoid allegation of impropriety is just by making the definition so broad that impropriety is almost unperceivable under law. as Americans we have to force Congress to change our definitions of bribery to be some of the strictest in the world. our penalties cannot just be civil; They must be criminal . if you're not afraid of being locked up, one you’re fool, two if you already have been bribed millions of dollars a $10,000 fine is not going stop you in any meaningful way. It simply becomes a cost of doing business.

Decreasing online Child Pornography
Individual people do not deserve to be punished for the technology billionaires love of child pornography. It's their platforms their responsible for it, making sure the tech industry is healed liable is important. Section 230 needs to be amended to include a section stating that any already prohibited activity in the real world should be extended to their online platforms, we already have anti-child pornography laws in place, we already have laws dealing with drugs or whatever else you could come up with. Who and how we punish is extremely important. We don’t need to eliminate section 230; we need to amend it. So that the technology billionaires have to fallow the same laws as the rest of us or be held to the same burden of criminal prosecution the rest of us would face. You would think it would be just a simple matter of going well, this is illegal; so, let’s do something about that problem on our platforms. For big tech, It’s about doing as little as possible on the tech industry side. Otherwise, it’s cuts into profits. Problems like children being exploded and exposed via their privately owned platforms, is this problem too difficult to solve for our geniuses in the tech? besides, one must consider that the real profit is in the sale of your personal data and presenting you with targeted advertisements not hosting your content.

Farming subsidies, replacing biofuels with bio polymers
We should be working towards revolutionizing our power infrastructure via green energy sources thereby improving America's longevity as a superpower by reducing production cost of electricity, In turn investing in high speed rail to the rural locations and across the country. Along with electric vehicles They will allow us to continue to innovate in green technologies that the world requires for its future growth. We can use the opportunity of bioplastics and biopolymers to improve the overall economy and make more manufacturing jobs in America.

An update to the smoke filled rooms
As well this hybrid system would allow us to keep our favorite first across the finish line, vote first to 51%. We need to be adapting to the 21st century if you people don't want to deal with independent candidates. then you have to open up your primary and endorsement process and internal voting to allow as many people as many people as possible the opportunity to participate in the process. Rank choice voting can do just that because that is what we want as a democracy, as many people participating as possible, We do not want these smoke-filled backroom dick sucking contests. That has led to the entrenchment of politicians. People shouldn't go to work in Congress to die there, They should go to work in Congress to make the country a better place attempt there Ideas and move on.

to Win Minnesota CD06 and Across the Country
Hello, my name is Austin Winkelman, and I am in progressive Independent candidate. I am Definitely not a stereotypical Democrat That's for sure, but I gangster lean for the left.

Universal Education Program tuition-free Pre-K to College
If at some point in our history our forefathers had not envisioned public education and went about trying to execute such an irrational idea as educating every individual in America. Most of us wouldn't be sitting here reading this, their success is a testament to America's willingness to do better by its people. The sheer audacity America brings to the table is America's strength, by being outlandish and investing in our children earlier with universal Pre-K, than maintaining that investment longer into the college level. We can produce a better educated workforce, a better educated population, and a better future for our children. American should not just be happy with the education system they have now. We should be attempting to improve it, I don't think the status quo is ever good enough, there's always room for improvement in a manufacturing setting I would call it continuous improvement. anybody that will tell you we should go back to the old systems; It was fine the way it was. Well, they didn't actually have any contact with the system or if they did it was so long ago that it was actually an okay system.

Proposed 29th Amendment: Opinion, Polling Data, and Local Support
The proposed “29th Amendment” aims to modernize and strengthen American governance by addressing a range of issues—campaign finance, government transparency, digital rights, and social welfare. Unlike more narrowly focused amendments, it takes a comprehensive approach, reflecting widespread voter frustration with entrenched interests and outdated structures. This broad scope can be both an asset and a challenge. However, when looking at public sentiment, there is plenty of optimism about many of these reforms and how they might reinvigorate democracy.

The NEXT President of the United States
If we wish to restore the soul of the country that we all hold dear This is something we simply must do. We must not hold on to what George Washington would call the spirit of revenge. For that is what will undo America. We must continue to remember We are a union; We are the United States of America.
There will be a time after Donald Trump and the Republicans, he is not forever.
You and me we are enough to see it through.

The working-class shift,How COVID19 cost Democrats the Presidency
This is what largely accounts for the working-class shift, You take the uneven recovery with the inflationary pressure felt. somebody without a bachelor's degree would have been struggling at the time. Combined that with the messaging from the White House, along with an over focus on the middle class and not the working class. It is easy to see. Why, the shift in working people happened? Particularly low-income people who as illustrated by this graph had longer and more sustained job losses.

Freedom of Religion We have forgotten
To work and build our own American dream, not having the American dream imposed upon us.
Our culture is the world, we have never been defined by religion, we have never been defined by class or race. What has driven America is the struggle, the need for equality for all of us to be treated as equal as humanly possible. as unfortunate as it is there are some among us who would seek to see things become less equal, to see us fighting amongst ourselves. Because for them it's beneficial, they thrive, and we fight over their scraps. Americans have always deserved better than that behavior, we revolted from a king for that kind of behavior. As Americans as our history has taught us, we should set aside our petty differences of religion. Focusing instead on what similarities there are between all of the religions believe it or not they all do share commonalities. I'm quite often, the commonality are more frequent than the not.

The Plastics problem, unspoken solutions
The second thing we have to accomplish is making a massive investment and push in our society, political system and manufacturing facilities towards biopolymers, but investing in the recycling program and rehabilitating it We can decrease the amount of new plastics being introduced while simultaneously increasing the amounts we develop in biopolymers, by using this dual approach we can transition off of the olefin plastics everybody hates. While biopolymers have come a long way over the years there is still research to be done so they can surpass other types of plastics. As well with biopolymers we can use them to replace the subsidies farmers now enjoy from ethanol because we also want to transition away from gas and oil entirely, we don't want our farmers to suffer because we want a better world.

The unrepresented majority of America
To fix this country we must, hold our political leaders accountable, move to a public funding for elections and remove the ability ALL PAC spending, The problem with money in politics didn't start with citizens United It began in the 1970s after the Wealthy got sick of paying their fair share and decided we are not worth their money. So since the 1970s the wealthiest tax rate has continued to go down. As a result they have personally ran up the credit card of the country, for their decades of tax breaks. And they expect us to vimo off their debt, as if there's some sort of bad roommate who spent all their money and now needs a $50. At this point I'm calling for 90% tax rate on the top 1% not because they need to be penalized but because if we don't, The country will go bankrupt. But don't worry They got all the crypto in the world you'll need.

Occupied Washington DC, Reunion day.
There is however is one dividing line among the people of this country namely your tax bracket, The haves and Have not’s. The oligarchy class Is seeking the destruction of the Union, represented by Republicans Donald J. Trump and some right-wing Democrats. They seek to divide us on race, religion, humanity socioeconomic status and any other label they can stick on you.

Gerrymandering not the correct path for America!
the newest trend emerging, gerrymandering a state. Again they are limiting your freedom of choice and choosing which side gets to win, they are they're essentially eliminating freedom of choice. Instead of gerrymander you will no longer have the choice between a Democrat, a Republican or an independent. Regardless of where you fall in the Overton window your choice will be made for you. By designing districts to predetermine outcomes, politicians strip voters of real choice. Any leader who advocates gerrymandering in their own state or someone else’s is confessing they don’t believe in free and fair elections. They’re terrified of genuine competition because it threatens their jobs, their power and the comforts of elected office. Their rallying cry that “we must gerrymander everywhere or we won’t have fair elections” is a decades‑long misdirection meant to normalize this abuse.
