The contract with the American people.

The Constitution of the United States is a power vesting document designed to diffuse the power of the federal government amongst many branches and the states, thereby ensuring the American peoples safety from fascism, monarchy, and other forms of totalitarian government; whatever you want to call it. However, this design never counted for factionalism, the human need to belong to groups of people. On one hand they advocated for a system of government that diffuse power and on the other hand use the very nature of factionalism to undermine the very democracy they had founded. as species humans our biggest downfall has always been, that we always devolve into factionalism. our founders factionalism has led to a civil war, polarization, and political violence. For what? So, a small group of people can have control over the majority, the game is as old as the country itself.

Our red versus blue political system only seeks to divide the country up, via red States and Blue States. Have you ever heard any political pundit say there are only red states and blue states? that’s because they seek to divide this country, They seek a national divorce as Marjorie Taylor Green would say. It's no different if you're a Democrat or if you're a Republican. The current gerrymandering war is an example of that. The foremost thing we must do to diffuse the concentration of power in this country is abolish all political parties and factions thereby returning the process to One of ideals rather than one of rhetoric, where each side will say the other is evil, both acting in the same fashion to secure power for the few. our constitution was never designed to withstand the political partisanship that both parties invoke. at the exact same time we have to be defusing power by abolishing political parties and the factions associated we must also be reviewing and removing laws that have Been historically used to concentrate the power of one branch over the other the others.

We must be using our constitution as it was intended as a living document and modernize our Constitution. our Constitution as it stated does not account for parties nor the control over the many in the country it allows. Along with removing party and accounting for our human nature to devolve into factions, there is another thing our Constitution does not account for and that is corporations and the ability for corporations to loophole our Constitution. The constitution says nothing it explicitly about them, Because in the 1700s Corporations didn't exist as they do now, yes you could argue there are some companies that where worldwide, but in that day, it was virtually impossible to control and buy up the systems of not only one country but multiple. In those days none of them could foresee a day when individual people people's wealth would outpace the entire GDP of a country. If we fail to modernize our constitution, we will continue to fall to the corporations little bit by little bit as they purchase the country out from underneath us, As they would like to say “legally.” What they fail to realize is that as the Constitution is a power vesting document with rights attached to it, any violation of those rights is a violation of the contract. therefore, making it null and void. Therefore, removing their right to rule. The Constitution in all reality is just contract law; We have allowed the individual branches of government to form in exchange for them protecting, providing for the common good of the American people, not our oppression.

We must never allow them to violate the contract with the American people.
