The illegality of re-creating humans
AI as used by our billionaire tech oligarchs is a parasite on all humanity, they seek to use AI in its current form it is being used to accumulate our knowledge and creativity for their personal use. I mean Face it; the technology sector has not made any real advancements since the early days of the Internet; it’s just been buying x competitor and sometimes absurd some of our competitors’ tech into our platforms making it more blotted and unusable. this Due to them becoming monopolized and losing sight of invasion in favor of a profit first mentality, because it only must kind of work, then any real innovation they will buy and snuff out of existence to leave Americans with not only less choice but poorer choice at a higher price point. Then the federal government made the tech sector a protected industry, meaning they don’t get regulated and if they fail, hard, like they are doing now. We, the taxpayers, get to foot the bill for their failures, just like we did when the financial sector bottomed out. How has letting our technology sector run wild worked out for America so far? I would say Americans are far worse off than we were, but as well they have allowed dead internet to become real.
From their “social media” this we know now, it's nothing more than a bot filled, AI garbage dump. Where AI goes to dump deep fakes, pedophilic material, along with other almost equally damaging material. often the people involved with deep fakes never seek permission to produce the (I hesitate to call it this, but) “Art”. Kids who haven’t even come of age to think about sex are having sexual images generated of them. Why? Probably because most of the tech industry is a bunch of fucking pedo bastards who deserve to be strung up in Town square. But since this is illegal, and not really a great way to solve your problem.
I propose a slightly less mob justice approach.
Simply put if we make all generation of humans illegal and allow the criminal liability for the production of these materials to fall on the of the people that own the parasitic AI and the person who generated the “art”. We can help protect children from sexual predator billionaires, but other random people as well. by making it illegal to recreate humans with AI, along with an AI accountability bill and extreme limitations on the data centers, if the billionaire pedos want AI they will have to find a better way than eating up resources you and I need, our land, power, water and clean air.
If it was entirely up to me, I’d have locked these people away a long time ago for what they do to this country, but as Jeffery has shown us, billionaires are fucking monsters.
